My favorite thing to do in the world is to travel, I love exploring new places and learning about new cultures and how others live. I find vacations to be great way to add some excitement to educating children about a new place, or a new culture what better way to learn then full immersion. But its also nice to get "couple time" and go away without the kids and focus on being together. This note is to keep track of our trips and vacations, and to have a place to keep a vacation *to do* list of places we wish to visit in the future.

1992- 1 week vacation to Florida- Sarasota (sea club V)

1993- 2 week vacation to Florida- siesta key, sarasota, orlando (disney world, universal)

1994- 1 week vacation from Illinois to Montana

1996- 1 week vacation to Florida- Orlando (disney world)

1997- 1 week Class trip from Illinois to Washington DC.

1998- 3 day trip to Yellowstone National Park (from Montana)

1999- 1 week vacation to Seattle

2000- 2 week vacation, Princess Cruise to Alaska and land tour, princess railway, stayed at princess lodge Denali national park. 7 day cruise to Ketchikan. Juneau, Skagway, Glacier Bay National Park, College Fjord, Anchorage (Whittier), Alaska

2000- 2 day trip to Leavenworth, Washington (A Bavarian village)

2005- 5 day vacation to Mexico, Puerto Vallarta (no kids)

2005- 2 week California trip, San Francisco,San Diego, Los Angeles, Hollywood , chinese theater, star walk of fame, universal studios, disneyland, legoland, knottsberry farm, mystery house and san deigo zoo.

2005- Victoria British Columbia (my mom, me, and Jennifer)

2006- 1 week vacation to New Orleans, Louisiana(me and my mom)

2006- 3 day trip to Las Vegas (flew from Spokane to Vegas)(no kids)

2006- 5 day vacation to Mexico, Cancun with girlfriends from Washington( janet and jen)

2007- 3 day trip rented beach house with friends in Washington (andrea and sarah and kids)

2007- Day trip to Boston, MA. Misc site seeing, Oyster house (with kids)

2007- Cruise #2 7 day, from Tampa Florida, to Grand Cayman, cayman islands, Belize, Cozumel Mexico and Costa Maya Mexico, Tampa Florida. Also did Busch Gardens Tampa. ( no kids)

2008- Cruise #3. 1 1/2 week vacation 8 day from Fort lauderdale, Florida to Nassau, Bahamas, St. Maartan, St. Thomas USVI, Antigua, Tortola British Virgin Islands, and San Juan Puerto Rico. Stayed 2 nights at mariot harbor beach resort ft lauderdale, florida. (with kids)

2008- 1 week vacation to Orlando Florida, stayed at shades of green resort. Disney World andUniversal Studios (with kids)

2008- day trip New York City (with kids)

2008- Day trip to Boston, Siteseeing, irish pub dinner, Cheers, Boston Childrens Museum. (with kids)

2009- 2 day trip to Atlantic City, Casino, Clubs, Restaurants, Helicopter tour, buying our condo, boardwalk, carnival, beach. (no kids)

2009-(June) 3 day trip to NYC and Long Island stayed in the Wyndham hotel. Central park, Zoo, American girl Place both days, Shopping on 5th Ave, M&M world, Hershey's, Toys R Us, FAO Schwartz, the big Disney store, build a bear, Time square, Ate at vendors hot dogs, pretzels, gyro's, and we ate at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Long island for the childrens museum and beach. (just me and the kids)

2009- (July) 4 day trip. Camping at Bull Island State Park. It's on the state line between New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Sesame place, and Philadelphia site seeing and childrens museum (with kids)

2009- (August) 3 day trip. Carlos Bakery NJ, Ocean City NJ, then camping at Bull Island Sate Park and Sesame Place.(with kids)

2009- (september) 3 day camping trip to Martha's Vineyard. (Just me and the kids)

2009- (october- november) Cruise #4. 18 day vacation, 2 nights in Rome then 16 day transatlantic cruise on carnival dream.Rome Italy, Marino Italy, Civitavecchia Italy, Fiumicino Italy.Barcelona Spain, Palma De Mallorca Spain, Malaga Spain, Straight of Gibraltar 7 miles wide view of Spain and Africa, Las Palmas, Canary Islands, Bermuda (Britain) Docked at New York City for ships naming ceremony. Ship sailed right past the Statue of Liberty and into Manhattan (me, grandma thelma, and the girls)

2010- winter day trip NYC ice skating central park, Bobby Flays Mesa Grill (with kids)

2010- spring day trip NYC, site seeing statue of liberty, museums, time square (with kids)

2010- spring break road trip from NY to viginia visited sarah and both of us road tripped down to Georgia visited kelsey then on to Orlando florida, Disney world (all 4 parks) and universal studios. Then I went on to Tampa to visit my cousins, then North Carolina stayed the night in the town that one tree hill is filmed, then up to washington dc site seeing, then back home to new york. (Me and the kids, Sarah)

2010- Scotts birthday, day trip NYC, saw Chicago broadway show, time square. (no kids)

2010- summer July 4th weekend, camping 2 days Lake George Battleground State Park, NY(with kids)

2010- July, day trip NYC. Michaels birthday, site seeing then Coney Island for Ringling brothers and barnum and bailey circus.(with kids)

2010 August, house hunting leave, trip to Washington DC for 4 days. Site seeing, house finding, hersheys chocolate world on the way down in Hershey PA. (no kids)

2010 September, 1 week at condo at Massanutten Resort in VA, also Hersheys chocolate world on drive down. (me and the kids first 4 days scott joined us on last 3 days) (with kids)

2010- October, overnight trip to Portsmouth, Va Beach to visit our friends. seeing sarah and janet (just me and kids)

2011- January, overnight trip to Newport News, VA to visit our friends seeing janet and andrea (with kids)

2011- March, 7 day trip to Orlando Florida, 4 days at Disney (all 4 parks), 2 days at Universal (both parks) Saw the Wizarding world of Harry Potter. (Sun- Wed night just me and the kids) (Wed night through Sat night with Scott and kids)

2011- October 28th-November 6th. 8 day trip to Myrtle Beach South Carolina staying at our condo at Wyndham Ocean Boulevard (with the kids.)

2012- March Vacation to Spokane Washington to visit our family. 7 days (with the kids).

2012- June Vacation to Pennsylvania yogi bear campground 3 days. Camping and Sesame place (with kids)

2012- July trip 2 day camping adventure to Kings Dominion Theme Park and Willderness campground Doswell Virginia (with kids)

2012- August Trip 2 day camping adventure to Kings Dominion Theme Park and Willderness campground Doswell Virginia (with kids)

2012- September trip 3 day camping adventure to Kings Dominion Theme Park and Willderness campground Halloween Haunt! Doswell Virginia, Honeys first trip! (with kids)

2012- October trip 3 day camping adventure to Kings Dominion Theme Park and Willderness campground Halloween Haunt! Doswell Virginia (with kids)

2012- October Vacation 3 days to North Carolina (Charlotte) and South Carolina (Myrtle Beach) (with kids)

*2012- December 14th- 21st. 5 day Carnival Cruise plus 2 additional Charleston SC days 7 day vacation: Charleston, SC, Nassau, the Bahamas (going to Atlantis again), Freeport, the Bahamas. (with kids)
