March here in Virginia was beautiful!! We had everything from 80's to 34 degrees but it was bright and sunny and lovely. The flowering trees (including DC's Cherry Blossoms) flowered and fell early because of the great weather. For St. Patrick's day we did a half vegan half regular dinner which was fantastic, the kids really enjoyed everything. We've started something new over the past 2 months, family bonfires. More of a campfire really because it has to be contained in our back yard. The kids have roasted marshmallows and really had a lot of fun with it. Scott and I can sit out and look at the constellations in the sky and talk for hours. It's nice. Sometimes the simplest things in life can be the best.
